The second phaseSchools-colleges, educational institutes, coaching institutes etc. will be opened after discussion with the States and Union Territories. The third phaseSome activity will still be off. These include international flights, metro railways, cinema halls, gyms, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters, bars, auditoriums, political and social events, and large gatherings. Approval will be informed in the third phase after assessing the situation.
