Qualification in Details:
1 .Position: Head – IT
2 .Qualification: Incumbent should be a B.E. ( Computer Science or IT or Electronics & Communication) / MCA / M.Sc (CAIT) preferably with full time MBA from a recognized / reputed institute / university.
3. Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 20 years in the Field of IT / ITeS Industries, of which at least 5 years at Senior Management Level.
4. CTC: Commensurate with industry standards.
5. Role & Responsibilities : To lead (n)Code Solutions, A Div. of GNFC Limited and exploring various business opportunities and generate the revenue from the various IT / ITeS business streams. To analyse the risks and implement the best management practice to mitigate / transfer. To envisage the business needs and mobilise the adequate & competent resources, so as to deliver the solutions / systems. To co-ordinate with GNFC HO for various matters related to Finance/Materials Procurement/HR. To manage the day-to-day all business affairs of the IT Div. To articulate the cost effective business solutions / models and convert the leads into the business. Any other job / activities assigned by the Company as deemed fit.
